As the name suggests Alpha is a company with a
Christian ethos and management structure. Whilst we
do not feel it is our right to monopolise the
installation of church systems, as a consequence of
our involvement within our own churches, we have a
unique slant on the needs of places of worship and
how church management structures work.
The installation process starts with a meeting with
representatives of those involved in the sound
teams, music teams, choir etc. This is the most
important part of the process as it determines the
needs of the church. From here an installation plan
is drawn up to meet every budget. We take guidance
from you the customer every step of the way to
remain within budget structure and technical
competency. On completion of installation full
training is given to all those involved and we will
remain on board until the teams are comfortable with
the operating of the systems.
Installation of an alpha audio system means you have
free access to our tech guys for the life of your
system to help with any technical questions or
assistance you might require.
